ABOUT J.C.M

Here's a little information about how J.C.M all started.

As a young boy i always used to watch programs on TV like "West Coast Customs", "Pimp My Ride" & "Wheeler dealer's" if it involved custom cars or bikes i watched it.

I've always had a dream of opening my own custom garage but iv'e never really been so passionate about cars, but from the age of 6 i have always had quad bikes, mini motor's & pit bikes.

until i was the of 16 when i got a moped were i started playing around and exploring a bit more and i don't mean riding the bike.  

I used to take parts of and stripped them down to see how they worked i'd read up on the internet what the parts was intended for and that's when i started learning the knowledge i know and when something went wrong with my moped i knew how to fix it the correct way.

I ended up building a tuned moped engine & that's when i truly knew i'm good and what i'm doing,

it started its life as a completely standard 50cc engine until i taken it to bits replaced the following parts with:

• Motorforce full circle crank

• Mallossi MHR 70cc cylinder & piston

• Athena de-restricted cdi

• Lightened flywheel

• Mallossi multivar variator

• Mallossi kevlar belt

• Stage 6 clutch & bell

• Mallossi primary & secondary gear up kit

• Motorforce 21 mm carburettor with a 5 mm spacer plate

• Stage 6 viton reed block

With a lot of time ​& researching i figured out these part would make a monster of a moped engine.

I am very passionate about mopeds and motorcycles and i love what i do.

I am currently a one man team but hopefully in the future J.C.M will expand not just work force or work space but knowledge & new ideas too.
